Fully refundable booking deposit


Every appointment at the studio is subject to a fully refundable booking deposit. This is taken at the time of booking and refunded back to you when the session has been completed. You can learn more about it here




Returning customer?


We love to see familiar faces in the studio. However, we have a policy of one promotional voucher per household every 3 years. If you have visited the studio using a promotion voucher in the last 3 years, we ask that you wait until three years has passed before using a second promotional voucher. If you would like to come to the studio at any time you can purchase a full price voucher from our online store.




Cancellation policy


Once booked into the diary you cannot cancel your session but you will have one opportunity to reschedule your appointment. As long as you give 5 working days notice before your shoot your deposit will be safe. If you don't arrive for your session or reschedule with less than 5 working days notice your deposit could be lost. Read more about the fully refundable booking deposit here




Who needs to be present?


In order for you and your family to get the most out of this promotional experience, we ask for all immediate family to attend the photographic session. Our large curved infinity wall is the perfect place to photograph large groups, so if you want to gather the grandparents, the aunties, uncles and the cousins for a fun family experience then we'd love to welcome the extended family too! However, if for example you wish to have photos of just the children, you can purchase a full price voucher for £65 from our online store Parenting is a powerful partnership and we know how important it is that you make decisions about your home and family together. Contagious conditions


In the interest of health & safety, we need to be very careful to prevent the spread of any contagious conditions. These include coldsores, styes & headlice and any other condition that runs the risk of spreading. If you have any issues in the run up to, or on the day of your photo shoot please let us know by calling 0117 909 8985
