Mum and I came for a photoshoot on Wednesday and I cannot thank the entire team enough for their care and for making the experience such great fun! From the bucks fizz on arrival, the brilliant hair and make up ladies and the photographer Dave and the postshoot viewing it was all great. No pressure selling either which is great. Amanda had the most amazing afternoon, please pass our thanks onto the make-up artist - Amanda loved her make-up hair & nails, it has inspired her to get make-up lessons (she is also trying to think how she can sleep in it so she can wear it to school tomorrow lol!). Her photographer put her at ease and produced the most amazing photos - although Amanda was very jealous of his eyebrows and how attractive he his! The guy who showed us our photos was very professional and although he managed to remove a very large sum of money from us - he made it

I have had a makeover day myself and everyone I dealt with was absolutely brilliant and professional and happy.
I have today also booked another makeover day for my sister and once again everyone I spoke to has been brilliant.
From booking to re-arranging to makeup, hair and photoshoot it has been exceptional customer service.

I just want to say thank you very much for our photoshoot the other day, both my mother and I were a little bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Everyone we met was friendly and listened. I was worried what my make up would look like but the girl did a fantastic job. Our photographer took the right photos and new exactly what we wanted. The only down side to the day is the expensive of the photos. We did purchase some but at a hefty price. If the prices were reduced we would definitely be back again.
Thank you for the photo-shoot of my granddaughter. We all enjoyed the evening and the resulting photographs were excellent.Just very difficult to choose which to have!

I had my second mother daughter shoot yesterday, once before in 2008. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, so did mum! I couldnt fault a thing; the place was nice, staff friendly and totally down to earth. My hair and make- up was really good, I felt like a model! :) I would recomend it to anyone, it's brilliant fun :)

The Makeup Artists are so nice and listen to you; mine done amazing smoky eyes that really suited me- something i didnt think possible!
Our photogropher really captured some stunning photos and then the editing was perfection...

it was the first time i've had a makeover shoot so i was a bit nervous as you would expect but as soon as i got in the door i was made very welcome and even one of the lovely girls made me a cup of coffee which helped me relax. i didn't know what sort of look i was going for all i know is i wanted to look sexy. so when i went to get my make up done i just told her to make me look sexy and she did i looked amazing a lot better then i thought. even when i was getting the pictures taken the woman talked me through it and helped me out with the poses and the pictures well all i can say is "wow" i had a wonderful time cause they make it all about you. i can't wait to go there again and also get my friends there as the staff that work there are brilliant i couldn't ask for better so just want the girls to know thank you so much you are amazing
This was our second visit to Clifton Photographic Company, We first went two years ago when my Son was a baby, then again last week with both of our children, we had a great time even when they started getting bord of posing. At my viewing today i was happy with all the shots taken and was not pushed into anything, infact i was helped to get what i wanted but on a budget. Thank you so much guys, i'm sore we'll be back for more soon!!!!! x x
We came in yesterday for a makeover and photoshoot to celebrate the very imminent birth of our first baby. The make over was great, very relaxing and fun. During the shoot we felt very relaxed and comfortable. The photographer was brilliant and captured some amazing pictures, so much so in the viewing we couldn't choose one photo so bought the disc! and a family package for afterwards! Would recommend Clifton Photograhy to anyone wanting to capture those special moments.

Just wanted to post and say that I've had makeover sessions with you guys four times now and have always had a wonderful time, all the staff are lovely and they do a wonderful job, and I've always been delighted with the photos afterwards. So thanks a lot!
well what a fantastic time i had i was given this makeover as a birthday treat to be honest i dont do photos i hate my picture being taken but to my surprise the team were fantastic it was very relaxing the makeup was amazing and the photos wow i was shocked thankyou again and thankyou maureen for my gift.
Myself and Sarah my sister-in-law came in this morning to enjoy our xmas present from my mum,and that we did, everyone was extremely welcoming towards us and put us at ease,I would personally like to say a massive thanks to my make up artist and in particular my photographer- I'm very sorry to say that their names escape me! He was very sensitive towards my more provocative want from the photos and incorporated my love for flip flops too during the shoot he also made me feel very comfortable, I had a great day and will remember my experience for years to come - can't wait to see my pictures again!!! Wanted to say thankyou to everyone involved in my shoot! From the moment I arrived (petrified!) I was made to feel at ease and everyone was so friendly! I couldn't have wished for a better person to transform me than Nina. She was amazing - interested in me and my lifestyle - I could have talked to her for hours! Just a wonderful person. Katy-Jane did my shoot and she too was brilliant, managing to produce some amazing shots that i will treasure for ever.

I booked the makeover shoot for me and my partner, I have never done anything like this before so was very nervous however, we were given a very warm welcome. My hair and makeup was fantastic, so much so I even went out after and brought was the artist had used! The photos were amazing. When I walked in to the viewing room it even brought a tear to my eye to see me looking how I did.
I loved them that much I booked a mother and daughter makeover shoot for my mums christmas present. She hates having her photos taken but she was made to feel very relaxed and really enjoyed the experience.

I treated myself and my mom to a makeover photoshoot and what a day it was. Every single member of staff were welcoming and friendly.
The ladies who did our hair and make- up were brilliant, your work was stunning. THANK YOU
Olga was my photographer and what a lovely and friendly person she is. I have never done a shoot before so i didnt know what to do, which i was very nervous and worried about. I really didnt have to worry though because Olga directed me into every pose and soon i started to feel at ease. If you are like me and you are worried, DONT BE because the end result is amazing. You will love every picture taken and you will find it hard to pick your favourite pictures.
We both had a fab day from beginning to end.
So thank you to everyone for a brilliant day.

Although we couldn't really afford this photoshoot, it turned out to be a really lovely, memorable day out! We had the couples make-over shoot, which was so much fun! We were treated to Bucks Fizz, and afterwards we were given more Bucks Fizz and chocolates to take home! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had our hair and make-up done, which looked great! If I have another photoshoot, I think it would have to be a family shoot! Personally, I think as long as you have the money in your bank, then go for it! It doesn't even matter if you're a shy and unconfident person, because they make you feel confident!

A truly amazing experience from start to finish! A real 30th birthday treat. All members of staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel very special. I was greeted instantly and the Service was second to none.
My make-up and hair was stunning, as were my Photos! The environment was warm,relaxed and contemporary. The area in which the Studio is located is also very beautiful. I highly recommend the Company to anyone wishing to have a Makeover, family shoot or for any Event.Thankyou so much!
WOW what a morning ! I could not of asked for more. I have to admit that being infront of the camera is my ideal of HELL so why book a makeover you ask? well my 3 friends and I never have a good thing to say about ourselves so I thought right, book a photo shoot and get hard evidence to prove to them once and for all that they all look FAB. Two of us had a morning appointment and two in the afternoon. We were very nervous but on arrival were made to feel very welcome. Claudia looked after my hair and make up, I have decided she must be a magician as she made me look pretty,then we moved on to the actual photo shoot where Olga helped us with our poses , moved all the props and lighting , gave us fab tips AND took the shots !Amazing! Then we met Lisa marie who showed us our shots and was very patient. This lady is very good at what she does and loves it to. All in all speaking as someone who hates being infront of the camera I would go back again . If you are thinking about it GO FOR IT!

Leanne and I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone at Clifton Photographic Studios for making our Mother and Daughter Pamper morning so special. I bought 2 certificates for a Photographic Pampering Experience from a TV Shopping channel. Having made a spur of the moment decision I can remember thinking "OH MY GOODNESS WHAT HAVE I DONE?". I am sure, like many others who have come before us, both my daughter, Leanne, and I were a bit anxious on THE DAY. I remember Leanne saying to me "What have we done? Remind me how I got into this!" However, we need not have worried because from the moment we entered the building everyone put us at ease. It was especially nice to have liquid refreshment on hand - which I might add I spilt on the floor. This was soon mopped up by a very helpful member of staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed being pampered and I, in particular, am very glad that I listened to the make-up lady who, at my request, very kindly advised me on colours. I am so pleased that I took her advice as I now have my sister pleading with me for the colours used as she loved how my eyes appeared to be so blue in the photos.
Leanne has asked me to say what a wonderful job Max, the photographer, did at putting us both at ease. Not only does he take brilliant photos but he also has a special way with him!! I am sure that you can see this from the twinkle in my eye on many of my photos!!!! Thank you Max from both of us.

Dave what can I say - I love you to bits your photo of me were fantastic - even looked good - who needs cosmetic surgery with you around, thank you; you made me feel at ease and spoke clearly so I could lip read you as I had taken my hearing-aids out and could not hear being hard of hearing.
Nina thank you for all you help in choosing my photos which was not easy I can tell you.
I know I will eventually have them all put into my portfolio (and why not they're great). Well, thank-you once again and look forward to coming to Bristol to collect them when ready.

A year later, and many many recommendations to many many friends, I still cannot walk past any of the wonderful portraits we had done through Clifton photography, without smiling.
I feel we will still be appreciating them when we're in our 80's.
