Opening Hours
The studios are open seven days a week, Sundays by appointment only please. The bookings department is open Monday to Friday 9-6.And Saturday 9-5. Quality and Service issues
It is the company's intention to offer the best service and product that it can to all customers at all times, if you are unhappy with anything please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to rectify any problems.
Refundable Booking Deposits
Every appointment booked at Clifton Photographic Company is subject to a refundable booking deposit. This is taken to ensure that clients arrive on time for scheduled appointments and our diary runs smoothly for the good of all customers and staff. Failure to attend appointments without 72 working hours notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
Telephone Calls
Please note that calls to our offices and studios may be recorded for training purposes.
Web Uploads
Please note: not all shoots are uploaded, only those customers who have purchased a package of images from their session.
When we have uploaded your shoot you will get a text and an email with all the instructions. Failing that........
- Please enter your surname into the search engine make sure the type of shoot is set to makeover or family
- A list will appear of people with the same surname, click on your name
- You then need to fill in your full name
- Next fill in your e-mail address
- Then put in your password, which is your reference number and your surname.
- Everything must be in capitals with no spaces!
- You then must tick the box that says you accept the terms
- YOU MUST FILL IN ALL THE FIELDS OR IT WILL NOT LET YOU ACCESS YOUR WEB-UPLOAD
Refunds Policy
Gift shoot experiences bought on the website or from our telesales team are covered by distance selling regulations and so there is a seven day returns policy for a full refund. Please return the gift pack with a covering letter by recoreded mail. The same applies to gifts bought from the studios. Gift experiences purchase at one of our exhibition stands at a discounted rate are non refundable but may be exchanged.
Cancellation Policy For Orders Placed At Studio
All order for images from sessions placed at the studios are final.
